Fix issue 186 (dygraphs does not accept "1e-5" as a numeric x-value).

Fix issue 186 (dygraphs does not accept "1e-5" as a numeric x-value).

This turned out to be because the "-" was causing it to be treated as a
date (e.g. "2006-01-01").
